Site work for a water / sewer project in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of December 20, 2024, project was awarded to Baldwin Paving, awarded amount is $155,926.24. The work specified herein consists of replacing approximately 36 LF of existing 24" reinforced concrete pipe with 14"x23" reinforced concrete elliptical pipes, replacing two existing 1034D catch basins with (2) new ones, installing a standard flare-end headwall as well as rip rap type III energy dissipation at the outlet of the headwall, and repaving and restriping the roadway and other tasks as shown on the attached drawings. The contractor shall be substantially complete within 45 calendar days from the effective date of the NTP. The City of Sandy Springs reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Sandy Springs. All questions or requests for clarification must be sent via online. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered. There is a pre-bid meeting associated with this solicitation.
