Tree Trimming The successful bidder shall comply with all applicable Federal, Commonwealth of Kentucky and City of Ashland governing statutes and regulations. The successful bidder shall purchase and maintain during the life of this contract, a City of Ashland Business Privilege License. Each bidder shall present evidence of experience, ability and financial standing as the successful bidder will be required to furnish an acceptable performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% within ten (10) days after the award of the bid. The length of the contract shall be approximately twenty-four (24) months from the date of the bid award, unless voided by the City after one year. The City of Ashland through its City Manager reserves the right to accept all or to reject all or any part of the bid should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Ashland
