The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to replace the existing Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), extended battery module (EBM) and the external maintenance bypass switch at the Atlantic Institution. Objectives The Contractor must supply a UPS, EBM and External Maintenance Bypass switch for the Atlantic Institution Maximum Security. Note: The new UPS must have the capability to connect to the facility control system using a Building Automation and Control Networks (BACnet) Internet Protocol (IP), for CSC to monitor and control remotely. Deliverables: A new Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), with extended battery modules (EBM) capable of providing back up power and an external Maintenance bypass switch.
