Description

Site work and renovation of a detention facility in Smith Crossing, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.

Replacement of mechanical ventilation grilles for living unit 1 and living unit 2 at Atlantic Institution. Replacement and supply of approximately 160 existing mechanical ventilation grilles and associated flexible duct connections serving inmate cells in Living Unit 1 and Living Unit 2; removal and disposal of existing grilles and ductwork; installation of new security grilles with pick-proof sealant and flexible duct connections; wall repairs, priming and painting; restoration of disturbed systems and finishes; temporary removal and reinstatement of duct risers and related services as required. Work will be performed within an operational federal correctional institution. Invitation to Qualify (ITQ), Phase One of a two-phase selection process.
