Renovation of a municipal facility in Nashville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project consists of the construction of the following general scope of work items. 1. Modernization of seven passenger elevators. 2. Modernization of one service elevator. 3. Replacement of two existing elevator sump pumps, addition of four new sump pumps and associated plumbing improvements. 4. Replacement of finishes in elevator lobbies. 5. Replacement of doors between elevator lobbies and adjacent spaces or corridors. 6. Improve lighting in elevator lobbies. 7. Improvements to bring elevator machine room into code compliance. 8. Electrical, HVAC and fire protection alterations necessary for the work cited in this Summary. Modernization of seven passenger elevators and one service elevator; sump pump replacement; and elevator lobby modernization Bidders submitting bids equal to or greater than $25,000 in value are required to be licensed in accordance with state law. A statement of public contract crime status and minority business status is required in the Bid Form. Additionally, the Drug Free Workplace Affidavit and a five percent (5%) bid security is required. Non-discrimination policy applies to this project. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject bids
