All of the following items listed below must be included in bid; - Contract will start November 15, 2024 and conclude on April 1, 2025 - Snowplowing will be started at 2" of accumulation - Contractor will provide and install plow stakes to all properties - Fire department - Driveway and parking lot comes first and must be cleared as soon as possible. Our fire trucks and firefighters must be able to respond to calls - Township - Driveway and parking lots must be cleared before 8 am every day including weekends - Fire department hydrant entrance to gate at 2" then hydrant lot will be started at 4" of accumulation - All driveway entrances (fire department, township and hydrant) will be cleaned-up after the street is plowed if the snow left is excessive - Contractor will salt township & fire department lots as needed, give separate quote if this is an added amount. - Contractor will clear & salt all sidewalks, entrance & exit doors to township and fire department. Township has front & back sidewalks. Fire department has no sidewalks but seven entrance and exit doors all around the building. - Contractor must have liability insurance - Contractor must agree to accept responsibility to repair any physical damage to our properties directly caused by contractor during the per - formance of work covered by this agreement. All damage done will be repaired as soon as possible. Damage to lawn must be fixed before May 1, 2025.
