Saving Project...

Renovation of a water / sewer project in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Remove existing generator, furnish 250KW generator and install 250KW generator. The project involves but is not limited to the replacement of the back-up generator at the City's Water Supply Well Number 4 located at 3359 McKnight Road. Individual elements of the work shall include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal and disposal of the existing generator and fuel tank. This work shall be paid for under bid items Remove Existing Generator and Remove Existing Fuel Tank. 2. Furnishing and installing a new natural gas-powered generator, and all necessary electrical components. The work on City Project No. 24-10 shall begin on or after November 27, 2024, unless otherwise approved by the City's Engineering Department. Work shall be completed on or before December 12, 2025. Question Deadline 11/08/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed, faxed, emailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bid Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
