Renovation of a water / sewer project in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Municipal Well No. 3 Generator Furnish 250KW generator and install 250KW generator. EXISTING SITE 1. There is no backup generator located on the existing site. The proposed generator shall be installed on the south side of the existing well house as indicated in the supplemental information. GENERATOR RATING A Generator shall have a minimum rating of 250kW with 277/480V 3 Phase power. Automatic transfer switch (ATS) and all necessary electrical components shall be included. 2.02 ELECTRICAL A The Contractor shall wire and connect the new generator and automatic transfer switch. 2.03 FUEL A Generator shall be fueled by natural gas. The Owner will coordinate the installation of a new gas service and meter with Xcel Energy. The Contractor shall be responsible for connecting the new generator to the gas meter. 2.04 CONCRETE PAD A The Contractor shall construct a concrete pad for the generator that is a minimum of three (3) feet larger than the proposed generator on all sides. Concrete shall be a minimum of four (4) inches thick and have a minimum of four (4) inch thick Class V gravel base. 2.05 SYSTEM INTEGRATION (SCADA) A System integration with the Owners SCADA system will be completed by others Question Deadline 02/14/2025
