Reference Number 0000366049 Bid Intent Not Available The Town of Erie Outfall Systems Plan has identified an undersized culvert crossing just east of Weld County Road 7 on Highway 52. The crossing extends north across Highway 52 into the Town of Fredrick. The Town of Erie is partnering with the Town of Fredrick to identify storm drainage capacity concerns and solutions beginning south of Highway 52 and extending north to the I-25 Frontage Road. The scope of work will include a 30% design analysis of the drainage corridor and a 50% storm drainage crossing construction plan set for developed flows crossing Highway 52. The Town of Erie OSP has identified two storm drainage crossings nearby Weld County Road 7 and Hwy 52. The first crossing (C2) was intended to facilitate the Summerfield Drainage. While the second more significant crossing for Reach 1 (C1) is located farther east at a yet to be determined specific location. Due to capacity issues on the north side of Hwy 52 from Aggregate Blvd east, it was determined to keep detained drainage flow on the south side of 52 from Summerfield until it discharges at Design Point 975 with the remainder of Reach 1.
