This will include the remodel of an existing approximately 4200 square foot residential property into commercial office space for an estimated 30 employees. An addition to the existing building is anticipated for future staff growth, sizing to be determined as part of the conceptual design process. A new approximately five thousand square foot detached climate-controlled service garage is needed to service vehicles and equipment.
