All Work shall be in compliance with the State of Colorado, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Water Resources, Office of the State Engineer, Dam Safety Branch (SEO) "Rules and Regulations for Dam Safety and Dam Construction" and other applicable standards. The selected contractor will complete all construction aspects of the project within 240 calendar days from the date of mobilization, weather permitting.
