Reference Number 0000372167 Bid Intent Not Available The Town requests proposals for on-call services from consultants for full service Construction Management on various projects anticipated to go to bid in 2025 and early 2026. The Town of Erie anticipates a number of projects going to construction in 2025. County Line Road South Roundabout Project (Baseline Engineering design), and County Line Road Erie Parkway to Maxwell Street (Sanbell). Colliers Hill/ Old Town Pedestrian Bridge Crossing. (FHU) Vista Ridge Detention Pond 19A and 20 Conversion. (Respec) Briggs Street Alley storm drainage Project. (Possibly 2026) (RockSol) Other Town projects may need a Construction Manager The Town requests on-call services from the consultant for full service Construction Management, inspection and contract administration. A separate Construction Management services contract will be funded with each CIP Project. Question Deadline 01/28/2025 at 10:00 AM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, All questions related to this Request for Proposal should be submitted through the online. All answers to questions received will be sent in a formal addendum (if needed), by January 30, 2025. Pre-Bid Meeting: Prospective Proposers are invited to attend and present questions relative to this Proposal at this conference. Attendance at this meeting is not a requirement for presentation of a Proposal.
