2024 Forcemain Repair. Description: Replacement of gravity sanitary sewer, HDD sanitary sewer and forcemain under the Plainview Elgin Sanitary District jurisdiction. Site Directions: 1/2 mile south of Plainview on Wabasha County Road 4 The extent of the work involved is furnishing all labor and materials for construction of the 2024 Forcemain Repair together with related subsidiary and incidental work including: The project consists of: Gravity Sanitary Sewer, Manhole Structures, HDD Sanitary Sewer, Forcemain, and Site Restoration. The method of construction shall be by Contract and all work is to be done in strict compliance with plans and specifications prepared by WHKS & Co., 2905 South Broadway, Rochester, Minnesota 55904 which have heretofore been approved by the Plainview Elgin Sanitary District and are now on file for public examination in the office of the Plainview Elgin Sanitary District. Question Deadline 11/08/2024 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to WHKS & Co., 2905 S. Broadway, Rochester, MN 55904 and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the Specifications which, if issued, will be delivered to all prospective bidders (at the respective address furnished for such purposes).
