Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Union, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Boone County Fiscal Court is requesting bids from qualified vendors to perform the services associated with the Boone's Landing Parking Lot Paving project. This project is for the asphalt overlay of the parking lot and roadway at Boones Landing, including all labor, materials, and heavy equipment necessary to complete this project. It is the intent and requirement of the Boone County Fiscal Court that this project be completed no later than May 31, 2025. Question Submission Deadline: October 29, 2024, 5:00pm Question Response Deadline: October 30, 2024, 5:00pm Each bidder is required to submit with their bid, a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, or certified check equal in amount to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Boone County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and to negotiate for the modifications of any bid or to accept that bid which is deemed the most desirable and advantageous from the standpoint of customer value and service and concept of operations
