1. Introduction 1.1. Summary The Clubhouse for the Lassing Pointe Golf Course, located at 2266 Double Eagle Drive, Union, KY, 41091 is in need of a new shingled roof and gutters. This Golf Course will be closed from November 29, 2024, until March 15, 2025, allowing for no interference from staff or the public for this project. The completion of this project shall be prior to March 15, 2025. 1.2.
