This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in New Castle, Delaware. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
This contract is for the furnishing or delivery of certain construction materials specified as follows, Bituminous Concrete, Asphalt and other paving materials, and in accordance with the requirements of New Castle County. Deliveries shall be at various locations in New Castle County. From date of award to June 30, 2026, pricing shall be firm for the length of the contract. This contract may be extended for a period of four (4) years, one (1) year at a time, by mutual agreement of both parties. Questions concerning the project should be submitted in writing via email to Senior Procurement Agent Robin Allen, at robin.allen@newcastlede.gov by Noon on October 28, 2024. New Castle County reserves the right to use any information it sees fit to establish the ability and qualifications of any bidder to perform all conditions of the contract, including, but not limited to, visiting bidder's service facilities and requesting additional information after opening bids if such inspection and additional information is considered necessary to properly evaluate a bidder's qualifications and capabilities. This prevents New Castle County from entering into a contract with a firm unable to furnish the quality of workmanship, materials, or services the County requires.
