Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stony Point, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of installation of approximately 675 feet of mafia / bunker block along existing paved walkway, between the walkway and the stream. The wall is to be buried minimum 6 inches below grade and placed on 6 inches of gravel subbase. The wall is to extend to Lowland Park Bridge with no gaps. Minimum weight of block is 3,500 lbs. Exact location to be coordinated with the Town Highway Superintendent at the time of installation. The Town of Stony Point reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to accept any proposal which meets the criteria herein and in the opinion of the Town of Stony Point is in the best interest of the residents of the Town of Stony Point
