Site work for a road / highway in Doraville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Project consists of removing undesirable vegetation and adding new landscaping that will provide an attractive entryway into the City of Doraville at the I-285 / Buford Highway / Motors Industrial Way interchange. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the total bid amount. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time of 45 calendar days. Owner shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Price on the basis of Contractor's Applications for Payment submitted once per month as provided in the General Conditions. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Question Deadline 11/07/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
