Contract is for one year (2025) with an optional, mutually agreed upon two-year extension (2026-2027) of 3,126 trees. Question Deadline 11/12/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No, Questions regarding the Request for Bid must be submitted in writing to the attention of Gus Kandah, Purchasing Manager, via email at: gkandah@ci.livonia.mi.us. No phone calls will be accepted. All inquiries regarding this solicitation shall be submitted to the Purchasing Manager. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Each proposal shall be accompanied by bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal, payable to the City of Livonia, as security for the acceptance of the contract. A Bid Bond in the Michigan standard form issued by an approved surety company may be furnished. The City reserves the right to reject in or in part any and all bids received, to waive any irregularities or informalities or both; as it is determined to be in the best interests of the City of Livonia to do so.
