Renovation of a municipal facility in Wilmington, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project consists of the demolition of the existing heat pumps on the 1st floor of the Carvel Building in Wilmington, Delaware and install a new VAV system with hot water reheat. New sprinkler, lighting, and acoustical ceiling tiles will also be installed. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein. **Plans are available for this project. To obtain a set, please contact the owner.
