To provide Lawn and Ground Maintenance services for the NC Department of Transportation, Support Services Unit, Raleigh Century Center, 1000 Birch Ridge Drive, Raleigh, NC. The Contract shall have an initial term of three (3) years, beginning on the first day of the month following the date of final Contract execution. In addition, and with the Vendor's concurrence, the State reserves the right to extend the Contract after the last active term.
