Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Honolulu, Hawaii. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of December 4, 2024 No bids were received on the project . No definite date for the rebid.** This project is located inside of Diamond Crater. One hydrant (Hydrant #1) is located outside HIEMA's HQ at Battery Birkhimer and two hydrants (Hydrant 2 & 3) are located in the Diamond Head State Monument parking lot, see address below. 4204 Diamond Head Rd, Honolulu, HI 96816 The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to perform all work related to replacing three (3) fire hydrant assemblies, which is shown in the attachment titled Attachment 1 - Location of Three (3) Fire Hydrant Replacement. Flow test results are displayed in Attachment 2 - Diamond Head Crater Three (3) Fire Hydrant Flow Test (dated 7.27.23) to indicate the current lack of performance. Contractor is responsible for Field Verification of the areas to be repaved, with the Owner, prior to installation. All work shall be performed to the safety and health of the OSHA Standards. 1. Dispose of all demolished materials properly. 2. The Contractor is to provide all labor, utilities, or equipment. 3. Standard BMP's required. 4. The contractor is responsible for all ROW, easements, approvals, and flow tests.
