The Village of Windsor will receive sealed bids to design, procure and install playground equipment at Terrace Park located at 6648 Forest Park Drive, DeForest, WI. Date of substantial completion for the above work is July 1, 2025. Scope of Work includes: Play structure for ages 5-12 o Minimum 5" posts o 2 or more slide elements of varying height o Multi-level elements o Play activity panels o At least 5 inclusive elements (could be free standing or included in structure) o At least 3 play elements for ages 1-5 (could be free standing or included in structure) o Swing set with 1 tot swing, 1 inclusive swing and 2 belt swings o 2 benches with backs o Black plastic 12" border to surround Perimeter of Fall Zone (include entrance ramp) o Fall Zone Material - Engineered Wood Fiber Email questions to Christine Capstran at christine@windsorwi.gov Bids shall be submitted as hard copies on the forms provided for that purpose and according to the Bid Specifications dated October 10, 2024. The work shall consist of the design, procurement and installation of all materials necessary to construct a playground including border and fall zone material, as set forth in the Bid Specifications dated October 10, 2024. The maximum dollar amount allocated to the project is $100,000.00. Any bid more than $100,000.00 will be automatically rejected. The Village of Windsor reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicalities and informalities therein, and accept any bid which it deems advantageous to the Village. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Village of Windsor for a period of 60 days after the scheduled time of closing bids.
