Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Marion, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Scope of Work: It is the responsibility of the contractor to verify all quantities. 1. Removal of the existing roofing shingle system to the wood deck 2. Inspect decking for damage and install new high temp underlayment 3. Installation of new 26-gauge 3 ft wide multi-rib panels 4. Install rake edge metal, ridge cap metal, DekTite (or equivalent) pipe boots, and drip edge 5. Fasteners to be color-matched 6. Color: Central State - Crimson Red; or equivalent The City of Marion is requesting bids from qualified, licensed contractors to remove and replace the roof of the Pop Dorsey Picnic Shelter located at the Green Street Sports Complex in Marion. The project scope includes removing the existing roofing shingle system and installing new 26-gauge, 3-foot wide multi-rib panels.
