**As of January 14 , 2025 , This project has been awarded to Y-Delta, Inc in the amount of $1,404,569.65.** The City of Statesboro is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Quail Run Sewer System The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approximately 2,550 LF of 8-inch gravity sewers, construction of precast concrete manholes, installation of 4-inch PVC lateral services with connections, demolition of existing septic tanks, connection to existing gravity sewer system, installation of grinder pump systems with associated 2-inch low pressure force mains, remove and replace pavements, asphaltic concrete overlay, installation and removal of erosion and sediment controls, grading and other miscellaneous items necessary for completion of work as described in the contract plans and documents. The Project has an expected duration of 180 days. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Question Deadline 11/14/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
