Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Statesboro, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Work will consist of: site grading, pavement, concrete slab and drainage improvements for a 10-unit T-Hangar Site located on the east side of terminal and adjacent to the existing T-hangar development. This work does include the construction of the 10-unit hangar building. In addition to the Base Bid work, there will also be two (2) Alternates consisting of site grading, pavement and drainage for a Corporate Hangar site which is adjacent to the T-hangar development. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total amount of the bid. The bid guaranty shall be a bid bond made payable to Bulloch County Board of Commissioners. Bids may be held by Bulloch County Board of Commissioners for a period not to exceed one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract.
