Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This contract consists of providing personnel, equipment and materials to develop the Samet Drive Extension; the installation of approximately 585 square yards of concrete sidewalk gaps. A variety of other materials including traffic control, fire hydrant abandonment and additional items associated with the contract plans and specifications. Question Deadline 11/06/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions concerning this bid are due in writing via email to the attention of Libby Rush at candy.harmon@highpointnc.gov An addendum to address questions will be issued on November 8, 2024. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, as may in the judgment of the City, serve its best interest and the City further reserves the right to waive irregularities and informalities in any bid submitted. In accordance with the Federal "Americans with Disabilities Act" (the Act), the City of High Point will not discriminate against individuals, and will not do business with vendors who discriminate against such individuals in violation of the Act.
