Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This contract consists of providing personnel, equipment and materials to develop the True Lane Roadway Project; approximately 100 cubic yards of borrow fill, fine grading for roadway development including approximately 650 tons of various grade asphalt, 290 square yards of 6" concrete driveway, and other various items associated with the contract plans and specifications. A separate performance and payment bond each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required after bid award. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, as may in the judgment of the City, serve its best interest and the City further reserves the right to waive irregularities and informalities in any bid submitted.
