Renovation of a multi-residential development in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
**Per Addendum 1 the bid date has been extended to 11/20/24** The Contractor will provide all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to replace HPHA's current Network Video Recorder (NVR) camera systems. The Contractor will also provide all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to install and wire new cameras in each of the eight (8) specified buildings. The contractor will provide a camera system that will serve three (3) high rise apartment properties, HPHA's Main Office Building, two (2) outlying offices, and two (2) HPHA Youth Centers.
