Reference Number 0000366215 The City of Belleville is seeking a licensed contractor to pave the alley located between Wabash and Henry Street. The alley is approximately 302 feet in length. Contractor to meet on site with customer to determine a phasing plan and a staging area for construction equipment. Supply and set up proper barricades following the best practices and industry guidelines for this project. Cut and grade existing stone base in work area for a smooth transition with existing structures prior to the overlay. Address edges as needed to prevent breaking/wearing Level existing stone in depressed areas as needed. Fine Grade and Compact. Thoroughly clean the area as needed. Tack areas with a DOT approved primer tack coat as needed. Install 3.0" (4EL) hot plant mixed asphalt. Per Specs Provided. Up to 100 Tons Newly installed asphalt will receive proper compaction using a 3-5-ton steel drum roller.
