It is the intent of the City of North Port (hereafter City) to secure services of a qualified Contractor who can safely and consistently provide PPE advanced cleaning, inspection, and repair services. The City of North Port reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals in whole, or in part, for any reason whatsoever, to waive informalities and to award separate contracts for each individual items, or a single contract for all items, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the City. All bids shall include all federal, state and local taxes.
