Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education (hereinafter "CMBE") is soliciting the submittal of qualification statements from experienced Architectural/Engineering firms interested in providing Design and Construction Administration services for an upcoming Facilities Condition Assessment (FCA) Reconstruction and Renovations project at Lake Wylie Elementary School, Mallard Creek Elementary School, Oaklawn Language Academy, Sedgefield Middle School and Thomasboro Academy. Scope of design will potentially include Architectural, Site/Civil, Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, and Estimating design disciplines, for the reconstruction and renovations of the schools listed above in the categories of sitework, track and court surfacing, parking and sidewalks, ADA accessibility, exterior materials and surfaces (brick, metal, windows, doors, etc.), interior flooring and finishes, roofing, HVAC and electrical.
