Renovation of a fire / police facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
This project will replace existing built-up asphalt roof system with specified thermoplastic, single-ply roof system on 5 roof sections totaling 8,573 square feet. As well as replace through wall flashings at masonry elevation walls above roof level. *The value for this project is based on a financial range of $250,000-$499,000. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
