Description Facilities sitework and maintenance including repairs and grounds maintenance and snow removal and landscaping services and equipment Roads and landscape material including asphalts and road and railroad construction materials and soil stabilizers and artificial turf and construction aggregates including rock, gravel, and sand Horticulture including planting and removal services and nursery services and orchard and vineyard management or maintenance services and parks management and maintenance services and tree trimming and mulching The City is seeking a contractor to purchase, deliver, and apply an estimated 1500 cubic yards of Miller Companies Sodbuilder Topdressing (or equivalent) to approximately 30 acres of various sports fields throughout the City. The City would like the work to be completed by March 7, 2025 if possible. This work is dependent on the weather and no work shall be done until after the frost is off the grass as determined by City staff. Depending on weather, aeration before the topdressing is applied may or may not be completed. The City requires the contractor to use a Floater Truck Spreader (to be approved by Parks Department staff) to spread the Sodbuilder Topdressing on the approximately 30 acres. The City reserves the right to award this bid in full or in part. The City reserves the right to reject any Bid if the City believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project or the City. Without limitation, such rejection may be because the Bid is not responsive, or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful ability or the Bid or Bidder fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the City, as solely determined by City.
