South Jordan City desires to select one construction company to provide construction services for the 1000 West Roadway Improvements project. The intent of this solicitation is to receive a proposal with a statement of qualifications (SOQ) from Contractors and a price to furnish and install new roadway improvements at 1000 West between 10190 South and Charlotte Dr. The PROJECT will consist mainly of the construction of sidewalks, curb and gutter, storm drain, asphalt treatment, and stripping. The project also includes the construction of ADA pedestrian ramps, relocation of water meters, installation of a fire hydrant, electric conduits for Rocky Mountain Power, and irrigation improvements. The contractor is expected to complete the work within 90 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. The City anticipates that a Notice to Proceed will be given at the end of February 2025. Irrigation improvements need to be completed before April 1, 2025. The City reserves the right to change the dates as it deems necessary.
