Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Front Royal, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The Project includes the following Work: Roadway and structural work related to the replacement of 8th Street bridge over Happy Creek Bids are requested for the following Contract: IFB # 17-2024 8th Street Bridge Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $2.8M. The Project has an expected duration of 270 days. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. All questions shall be directed to Kaila Stevens, Mattern & Craig, via email at kestevens@matternandcraig.com. Questions shall be in writing and are due no later than end of day, November 20th
