PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Pepper Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager for the Ivy Tech Community College - Indy Reimagined for the Future - IFC Building Renovations project located at 50 W Fall Creek Pkwy N Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46208. This project consists of the renovation of three separate buildings, broken out into separate bid packages and phases. This bid package is for Phase 1 - IFC building only. The scope includes renovation of approx. 95,000 SF upgrading and adding classroom and lab space to portions of all five floors of the building.
