Site work for a civil project in Garfield, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the following: o Modifications to the standpipe including the extension of the tank by 20 feet, extension of the foundation, reconnection of the mixer, construction of a Concrete Vault for a Pressure Reducing Valve, piping adjustments for foundation, and miscellaneous appurtenances. o Sandblast and Re-paint the interior and exterior of the standpipe. Information for Bidders, Bid Forms, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications, Bid Bond Form, Performance and Payment Bond Forms, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the office of the Engineer, or at the Garfield City Hall, 14655 South Wimpy Jones Road, Garfield, Arkansas 72732 Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount for and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
