A description of the Project is as follows:Scope of Work: Work for this project consists of, but is not limited to, removal/disposal of existing roll down type bay doors, tracts and associated accessories, demolition of existing roll down hurricane doors, exterior repairs, and the performance of all labor, materials, equipment and/or other operations as required for the proper installation of new apparatus bay doors at Fire Stations #83 & #92, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. Locations:Fire Station 83 - 60 Weston Road, Sunrise, FL 33326Fire Station 92 - 13721 NW 21st Street, Sunrise, FL 33323 Qualification Requirement: The Contractor shall have a State of Florida Certified General Contractor's License and/or Florida Certified Building Contractor's License. The Contractor must have successfully completed at least three (3) projects of similar type, size and complexity within the past five (5) years and provide verifiable references for these projects. The City shall be the sole and final judge in determining if the Contractor meets the Qualification Requirement.
