OSCEOLA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PROJECTS: 1.Construction Manager at Risk for Multi-Purpose Community Facility (MPCF) Osceola Technology Center Project. Deadline for Questions: Friday, November 8, 2024, at 12:00 PM, local time. Questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing to the address above no later than Friday, November 8, 2024 at 12:00 PM Local Time. Responsesto those questions considered material to the solicitation shall be distributed via formal Addendum and posted to the County's vendor bid notification website at https://vendorlink.osceola.org. Contact: Ted Phillips at (407) 742-0929. 2. AR-25-14659-GD The purpose of this Scope of Services is to obtain proposals from qualified Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) for the construction of an approximately 8,000 square foot multi-purpose Community Facility (MPCF), also referred to as "Osceola Technology Center" on a County-owned parcel for the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners (COUNTY). 2. The Construction Management firm will participate in the design, permitting and post-design services provided by Schenkel & Shultz, Inc (CONSULTANT), supplying assistance during the design process and resolve constructability issues.
