Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Saint Joseph, Michigan. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

This RFP is to secure a contractor to perform selected Lawn Maintenance Services as specified in the "Request for Proposals." Provide all labor and equipment necessary for the mowing and trimming of City Right of Ways and Cemeteries per the RFP specifications. The City of St. Joseph reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding and/or to accept the bid or bids should it consider same to be in its best interest. This contract shall run approximately two (2) years beginning March 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026. The contract may be extended on a year-to-year basis for up to three (3) additional one-year periods by the mutual agreement of the selected contractor and the City Manager.
