The Berrien County Building and Grounds Department is seeking bids for the Berrien County Courthouse (St. Joseph) West Entrance Renovation. At 269-471-7226 or Christian@bacchiocchicsi.com A certified check or bank draft drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Michigan payable without condition to Berrien County of Michigan or a satisfactory BID bond executed by the BIDDER and a surety company, in an amount equal to 5 percent (5%) of the BID shall be submitted with each WORK PACKAGE BID over $100,000. The successful BIDDER will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price, for all projects over $50,000. The WORK under this contract may commence as early as 30 days after receiving Notice of Award of Contract from the OWNER, and must be completed by May 30th, 2025.
