Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Saint Joseph, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The estimated project cost is between $2 and $2.5 million. This project includes rehabilitation of Filters No. 5 - Filter No. 12, the rehabilitation/replacement of low service pumps and variable frequency drives (VFD), replacement of the two 20" magnetic flow meters, chlorine residual analyzers, turbidimeters, water reservoir hatches, and miscellaneous concrete repairs. The City of Benton Harbor reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Benton Harbor. Question Deadline 02/11/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
