The facilities master plan will provide a road map to the future needs for the community, facilities staff, administration staff and the Board of Education. (Master Plan Completion- Anticipated) Fall 2026 Preproposal Conference: All questions and answers will be issued in writing to all prospective offerors after the conference. Only written amendments can modify the terms of this RFP. All pre-proposal attendees are to RSVP to be added to the event. The RSVP deadline for this conference is as stated in the Tentative RFP and Project Timeline. Late RSVPs may not be admitted to the meeting. The meeting information and attendance link will be provided in response to the RSVP. The District reserves the right to cancel this RFP, or any resulting contract, at any time if it is in its best interest. Proposals must be clear and concise.
