Base Bid for Siding and Window Disposal and Replacement includes the following: The Contractor shall perform the following services for the City regarding the proposed project: Contractor will secure working area. Contractor will remove approximately 600 sft of existing wood siding, including caulk, and paint. Contractor will remove 1 window; approximately 41"x 81". Remove 2 windows; approximately 22" x 57". Remove 1/2 round top window. Remove 1/2 round window above| door. Contractor will repair upper gable vent and exterior window sills. Contractor will repair siding where needed. Contractor will install three (3) Vinylmax (or approved equal), white, vinyl, double hung windows to match what was existing. Contractor will add grills to big windows to match existing. Contractor will add grills to 1/2 round windows to match existing. Contractor will paint the three (3) windows the same color green as the existing windows. Color to be approved by Engineer. Contractor will install a house wrap before siding goes on. Contractor will install interior vents for the windows. Contractor will install new cedar trim around windows. Contractor will install new trim at the bottom of the building. Contractor will provide and install cedar siding to match the existing 4 1/2 "siding. Contractor will caulk seams, prime and apply 2 coats of Pittsburg exterior paint (or approved equal) over trim and new siding. Contractor will paint trim around windows.
