JOB NO: 24-209 This bid will include the construction of a 7,030-square-foot one-story office building which will include, but not be limited to, site development, construction of a woodframed building with glass, steel, natural stone and other materials, all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, advanced communications wiring and technology consistent with modern conference and training rooms, as well as traditional offices, lobby and a kitchen. Exterior construction will further include construction of a parking lot, lighting, and an on-grade patio. The project area is approximately 1.7 acres in size and is located in the City of Port Huron, on the St. Clair River at the corner of Griswold Street and 3rd Street, across from the YMCA of the Blue Water Area. This is a Design/Bid/Build project whereby the General Contractor will be responsible for managing the entirety of the project, including selecting and managing all subcontractors, equipment purchases and installations, billing, permits and inspections.
