Reference Number 0000360247 JOB DESCRIPTION: Furnish all labor, material and equipment to for a parking and revenue control system. Question Deadline 08/29/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. All bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided by the City of Port Huron for that purpose. The contract documents include forms for maintenance, performance and labor and material bonds. If bid exceeds $50,000.00, bidders will be required to secure the three bonds shown above. If bid does not exceed $50,000.00, the bonds will not be required. The City of Port Huron reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or irregularities in the bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed most advantageous to the said City's interests. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and materials bonds, maintenance and guarantee bonds, and insurance certificates. All bidders are required to qualify according to the bidder qualification regulations for contractors bidding on City of Port Huron contracts as set forth in the instruction to bidders.
