WWTP UV Upgrades Work shall include but is not limited to: Addition of a UV disinfection system including a pump station, a cast-in-place concrete in ground tank, a shelter structure, and a precast concrete flow equalization tank. Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The project is funded with state grants and 20% MWBE utilization is required. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Any Bidder who submitted completed Bid Forms to the Village of Hoosick Falls, upon returning such set in good condition within thirty days following the award of the contract or rejection of the bids, will be refunded his full payment. Deposits will not be refunded to any non-bidder (including material suppliers, subcontractors, or those that provide quotes to Bidders).
