The services shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and material as directed based upon the City and needs and emergencies that may arise to undertake Snow Removal Services within the City of Chelsea. The Work consists of all labor, equipment, and services for removal, loading of transporter trucks and dumping of transporter trucks at designated snow dumps. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to remove, load and transport fallen snow from streets, sidewalks, parking lots and other public places. The City of Chelsea reserves the right to accept any bid proposal, to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities and/or formalities as it deems to be in the best interest of the City. Deadline for Written Inquiries 10/07/2024 The initial term of this contract is from November 1, 2024 - October 31, 2025, with two additional one-year options, at the sole discretion of the City, from November 1, 2025 - October 31, 2026 and November 1, 2026 - October 31, 2027. Responders may submit written inquiries concerning any part or attachment of this Invitation for Bids. Written inquiries regarding issues outside of the scope of this Invitation for Bids will not be considered. All inquiries must be submitted by the required date and time, to the contact listed on the cover page of this Invitation for Bids. Any change to this submission date and/or time will be made by a notice sent electronically to all Responders.
