The Science Museum of Virginia, hereafter referred to as the "Science Museum", is seeking a Contractor to clean and deodorize all carpet and chairs in the Science Museum Dome theater (referred to as "The Dome"). All cleaners shall be neutral cleaners. The Dome contains 256 chairs and 3,750 square feet of carpet that require cleaning. The Contractor shall provide all materials, tools and personnel to start this project on a Monday that the museum is closed to the public with a potential second day of work scheduled on the following day if needed. We prefer that the work is scheduled for no later than Monday, December 16 with a potential second day on December 17. The work may be scheduled earlier if the Contractor has availability to perform the work in November or early December. Any contractor that has not previously performed carpet and/or chair cleaning services in The Dome will need to schedule and attend a site visit with Allison Drezek prior to submitting a bid in response to this Quick Quote.
